By accessing and using the Snapmaker U1 website (the "Site") and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or purchase our products.
Snapmaker U1 Laser Systems ("we," "us," or "our") manufactures and sells desktop laser engraving and cutting equipment, accessories, and related services. Product specifications, images, and descriptions on the Site are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice.
All orders placed through the Site or via direct communication with our sales team are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment terms for B2B orders are established at the time of order confirmation. We accept wire transfer, credit card, and approved trade credit.
Shipping times and methods vary by destination and product configuration. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin) unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.
Snapmaker U1 products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Consumable parts (lenses, nozzles, belts) are excluded from warranty coverage. Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or operation outside published specifications is not covered.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. A return authorization must be obtained from our support team before shipping. Restocking fees of up to 15% may apply. Custom-configured equipment is non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snapmaker U1 Laser Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Snapmaker U1 Laser Systems or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Laser equipment is inherently dangerous if misused. Snapmaker U1 products must be operated in accordance with the provided user manual and all applicable laser safety regulations (IEC 60825, OSHA, ANSI Z136). The buyer is responsible for ensuring operators are properly trained and that appropriate safety measures are in place. Snapmaker U1 is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
